Recently I spoke a Christian School (MI) about two aspects of how we can handle the hard parts of sports culture better than the norm.

Many aspects of sport and sport culture are hard to handle well. Think about officials, player and coach choices, the car ride home, coaching from the stands, and the feedback we give to our kids to name a few.

The way society handles them is considered “normal” but I would submit that “normal” is not wise.

As a sport culture, we have to handle the hard parts of sport better.

This video describes how we can handle coach and player decisions better when we stop engaging in “resulting.”
