I feel drawn to people who handle challenges well. I feel drawn to groups of people that find ways to be positive. I love being around people that focus on attacking challenges rather than worry about why the challenges are happening to them.

Will you win more? Maybe. Maybe not. Teams that operate this way will definitely have a better chance to win than teams that don’t. But, while I cannot guarantee wins, I can guarantee that you will enjoy yourself and your team much more as your results roll in, regardless.
